- Is the surface hard and rigid, with a custom full-color logo? → Scenario C.
- Is the item a functional plastic part that doesn’t need to look perfect? → Scenario D.
If you answered no to all four and still need print, get a quote instead of a machine.
Before any purchase, run the prevention check:
- Can the job be done by existing equipment after a 20-minute support call?
- Have you printed a test file and compared it to the proof?
- Do you know the true cost per unit, including consumables, labor, and waste?
- What is the worst-case financial hit if this order fails?
